Implementation of PFS's Core Banking
The Financial Institution identified the need to implement a new integrated Core Banking system, which can meet the new challenges posed by the market and improve and diversify the services provided to its Customers. In addition, it was requested that all the information pertaining to the Institution, since it started its activity, would be available in the new Core Banking system. It was also established, as a mandatory requirement that would be no period of unavailability in the services provided to the Institution’s customers.
In order to meet these requirements, the following actions were defined:
- Implement the PFS solutions
- Train the Financial Institution's teams on how to use the new solutions
- Migrate all the information pertaining to Customers, Passive Accounts, Cheques,
Loans and accounting position, since the start of the Institution's activity - Ensure a service level that is suitable to the Institution's customers
