In 2015, ASSECO Poland, the largest supplier of IT systems in Poland and one of the leading software vendors in Europe, took over shareholder control of the Portuguese IT company EXICTOS SGPS. In 2018, after a rebranding EXICTOS assumes a new identity: Asseco PST. The Company operates on three continents, 8 countries, with particular emphasis on the Portuguese-speaking African countries, namely Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde, as a provider of IT solutions. Asseco PST specialises in the production and implementation of software for the banking sector, with a customer portfolio of more than 60 banks. As a result of this acquisition, the ASSECO Group strengthens its presence in Africa, after entering Nigeria and Ethiopia.
